Answers before you ask

Not at all. Our Hatha and Yin classes welcome absolute beginners. Instructors offer modifications for every pose so you can work at your own pace.
We provide mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. Bring water and arrive 10 minutes early for your first session.
Please consult your doctor before joining if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant. Inform your instructor before class so they can offer appropriate modifications. Our instructors are not medical professionals.
Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled or paused at any time through your account portal or by emailing us. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts.
Live classes are streamed via Zoom. You'll receive a link by email after booking. All live sessions are also recorded and available for 7 days if you miss the live session.
Monthly memberships cancelled within 7 days of purchase receive a full refund. Class packs are refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are issued for drop-in classes once attended.
